  • inevitable (adj.)
  • inevitably (adv.)

  1. As technology advances, some traditional jobs will inevitably disappear.
  2. Conflict between rapid development and environmental protection is inevitable.
  3. Inevitably, longer life expectancy puts pressure on healthcare systems.
  4. Some level of stress is an inevitable part of modern working life.
  5. If governments fail to act, an environmental crisis is inevitable.

It's inevitable that I will eat dinner tonight. ← 過頭(無聊的事不需要這字) Population ageing is an inevitable consequence of better healthcare.

It is inevitable that prices will rise. It is inevitable to rise prices.

Band 7

  • bound to(最自然:This is bound to happen——Speaking 也很好用)

Old jobs will definitely disappear. As automation spreads, some traditional jobs will inevitably disappear.
