- inevitable (adj.)
- inevitably (adv.)
- As technology advances, some traditional jobs will inevitably disappear.
- Conflict between rapid development and environmental protection is inevitable.
- Inevitably, longer life expectancy puts pressure on healthcare systems.
- Some level of stress is an inevitable part of modern working life.
- If governments fail to act, an environmental crisis is inevitable.
It's inevitable that I will eat dinner tonight. ← 過頭(無聊的事不需要這字) Population ageing is an inevitable consequence of better healthcare.
It is inevitable that prices will rise. It is inevitable to rise prices.
Band 7
- unavoidable(更口語:unavoidable consequences)
- bound to(最自然:This is bound to happen——Speaking 也很好用)
Old jobs will definitely disappear. → As automation spreads, some traditional jobs will inevitably disappear.
