一句話用法:Task 2 開頭描述一個社會趨勢時——This is an increasingly common phenomenon 立刻把氣勢拉開。
意思
Phenomenon (n.)
- Remote work is a phenomenon that has reshaped the global job market since 2020.
- Several phenomena contribute to rising urban temperatures, including the heat-island effect.
- The popularity of K-pop is no longer just a regional phenomenon — it's a global movement.
- Researchers are still trying to understand this complex phenomenon.
- Online dating has become a widespread phenomenon among young adults.
There are many phenomenons in modern society. There are many phenomena in modern society.
phenomenon (單數,ph-e-n-o-m-e-n-o-n — 三個 n) phenomena (複數,最後是 a)
I had a phenomenon at the supermarket today. ← 錯(用 experience) Climate change is a global phenomenon.
Band 7
- trend——a growing trend among young professionals
- development——a recent development in education
