飲食（Food & Eating）是 IELTS 最生活化也最高頻的主題。Speaking Part 1 幾乎必問 Do you cook at home? What is your favourite food?；Part 2 常出 Describe a restaurant you enjoyed；Task 2 近年頻繁出現糖稅、加工食品、食物浪費、純素主義。

但多數考生卡在 delicious, tasty, I like fried chicken 迴圈——Band 5 鐵定。Band 7+ 要的是 ingredients, processed food, culinary traditions, dietary habits, food security。

搭配 Band 6 → 7 詞彙升級 與 主題詞彙 · 健康 Health。

這個主題的陷阱

飲食詞彙最難的不是難字，而是**不要只說 *delicious***。一個段落用四次 delicious 立刻降 Band。Band 7+ 的形容詞組合是 flavoursome, savoury, aromatic, hearty, indulgent, nutritious 輪替。
