IELTS Writing 常會提到書名、電影名、報章名——The Times, Harry Potter, The Godfather。台灣學生寫 the times 或 HARRY POTTER，考官看到直接歸類為 careless mistakes，Grammar 跟 Accuracy 都扣。
為什麼是 Taiwanese 特有錯誤
中文沒有大小寫系統，標點也很鬆。學生不是全小寫就是全大寫，或者隨便亂來——沒人教過 Title Case 規則。
Title Case 四條鐵律
- 第一個字跟最後一個字一律大寫——不管是什麼詞性。
- 實字（名詞、動詞、形容詞、副詞、代名詞）一律大寫。
- 冠詞（a, an, the）、介系詞（in, on, at, of, for, with, to）、對等連接詞（and, but, or, nor, yet, so）—— 一般小寫，除非在句首句尾。
- to-不定詞的 to 小寫。

- The Guardian（the 要不要大寫看報社官方，BBC 跟 Guardian 兩種寫法都接受）
