Form、Note、Table Completion 是 IELTS Listening 最常見的題型——幾乎每次 Part 1 都會出，有時 Part 4 也會用 Note Completion 形式。表單看起來簡單：Name: _____, Phone: _____, Address: _____。但這題平均正確率只有 6-7 / 10——因為陷阱都藏在細節裡。
題型特徵
- 出現位置：Part 1 核心（社交 / 交易對話），偶爾 Part 4
- 典型情境：租房、報名課程、旅行預訂、健身房會員
- 字數限制：NO MORE THAN TWO WORDS AND/OR A NUMBER（最常見）或 ONE WORD ONLY
- 答案類型：名字、地址、電話、日期、價格、物品
聽前 30 秒：預測答案「類型」
最關鍵的一個動作——看空格左右兩邊的字，預測答案是什麼東西。

預測類型讓大腦「自動過濾」非目標資訊。聽到數字時會立刻警覺，不會走神。
英式拼字：必背
IELTS 是英國考試。寫英式拼字最安全，而且不要中英混用。

拼讀字母（Spelt Out Names）
遇到 "That's B-R-I-G-H-T-O-N" 這種——考官一定會拼，你只需照抄。但要注意最容易聽錯的字母對：

數字陷阱：fifteen vs fifty
最常扣分的一題——15 vs 50。兩個字重音不同：

練習訣竅：閉眼聽，用手指敲節拍——若第二拍重 = teen，若第一拍重 = -ty。

Agent: Thanks for calling Riverside Lettings. Could I take your name, please?
Caller: Yes, it's Rebecca Sinclair. That's S-I-N-C-L-A-I-R.
Agent: Lovely. And a contact number?
Caller: My mobile is 07845 — no sorry, that's the old one — 07846 221 309.
Agent: And the property you're interested in?
Caller: The two-bedroom flat on Millbrook Road. I can view it on the 15th... actually let me check, yes, Saturday the 18th of May would suit better.
Agent: Perfect. The rent is £950 per month, with a £1,400 deposit.

Two traps here: the speaker corrects the phone number (old → new), and corrects the date (15th → 18th). Always take the last value.
範例 2：圖書館導覽（Note Completion）
Librarian: Welcome. Let me jot down a few details. Your student ID is...?
Student: C-H-E-N, first name Wei, ID number 20-26-1184.
Librarian: And your course?
Student: Environmental Science, second year.
Librarian: Great. Opening hours: weekdays 8am to 10pm, weekends only until 6pm. Books can be borrowed for fourteen — sorry, for three weeks actually, we extended it last term.
Completed notes:

Here the librarian says fourteen (days) then switches to three weeks. Both are possible answers on paper, but the final stated duration is three weeks.
最常見的三個失誤
- 寫答案寫錯行——說話者跳回前面題目，你的手還在寫後面那格。對策：每題空格左邊編號寫大一點，跳回時能看清要改哪格。
- 字數超過——題目說 NO MORE THAN TWO WORDS，寫 a large library (3字) = 0 分。寫 large library (2字) = 滿分。
- 英美混用——寫 colour center 扣分。挑一套拼字風格貫穿始終。
