考試當天最大的敵人不是題目,是冷啟動

你早上說了多少英文?大概零句。進考場第一題一開口——舌頭打結、腦袋空白。這不是實力問題,是嘴巴還沒熱

60 秒 SOP

進考場前,找個洗手間或走廊角落,小聲對自己說英文 60 秒。主題隨便,但一定要出聲(不是心裡默念)。

Hi, my name is Lin Wei-chen. Today is the 24th of April. I came here by MRT from Zhongxiao Fuxing station. It took about 40 minutes because there was an accident on the Blue Line, which delayed my train for five minutes. I'm feeling a bit nervous, but also ready. I've been preparing for this exam for three months now...

就這樣嘰哩呱啦講 60 秒。不用完美,不用有趣——目的只是讓嘴巴、耳朵、大腦開機。

為什麼有效

  1. 發音肌肉熱身:英文需要的口型跟中文完全不同(th / r / v)。冷啟動時這些音最容易糊掉。
  2. 喚回時態感:講 past / present perfect / continuous 各一次,大腦自動切到英文模式。
  3. 壓掉緊張:緊張時心跳加快——自言自語的節奏會拉慢呼吸。試試看就知道。

加分版:三句「萬用真實句」

如果腦袋空白不知講什麼,背這三句,換一下細節:

  1. I woke up at [time] this morning and had [breakfast] before heading out.
  2. The weather today is [sunny / rainy / humid], which is [typical / unusual] for this time of year in Taipei.
  3. If I do well today, I'm planning to [celebrate / rest / study for the next thing].

三句連起來約 40 秒。用力念一遍、再念第二遍換細節,60 秒到了。
