PET Speaking Part 1 是 2 分鐘的 warm-up interview。考官問 5-7 個個人相關問題——家人、興趣、學校、未來計畫。
很多老師會給孩子背答案。這是錯的策略：考官訓練過的，聽出背誦的答案會故意換題目逼孩子現場講。
正確策略：背三個答題框架，不管問題是什麼，套進去就有內容。

三個答題框架
框架 1：Claim + Detail + Feel（適合「興趣 / 喜好」類）
Q: What do you do in your free time? A: I usually play badminton with my cousin on Saturdays. We go to the sports centre near my house. I love it because it's good exercise and we can chat at the same time.
結構：
- Claim: 我做什麼 (I usually play badminton...)
- Detail: 具體一點（跟誰、哪裡、什麼時候）
- Feel: 為什麼喜歡
框架 2：Now + Used To + Future（適合「學校 / 生活」類）
Q: What subjects do you study? A: At the moment my favourite subject is science — we're learning about the solar system. Last year I enjoyed history more, but the new topics are easier for me now. Next year I'll probably choose chemistry for my exam.
結構：
- Now：現在的情況
- Used to：之前不一樣
- Future：未來會怎樣
框架 3：Agree + Example + Exception（適合「意見 / 看法」類）
Q: Do you think you'll learn another language? Why? A: Yes, definitely. I'd like to learn Japanese because I really enjoy watching Japanese animation. Maybe Korean too — the music is everywhere now. The only thing is, I don't want to stop my English, so I'll probably start next year.
結構：
- Agree：清楚表態
- Example：舉 1-2 個具體例子
- Exception：加一個「但是 / 不過」顯示思考深度
台灣學生常見失誤
1. 答得太短
考官： How old are you? 孩子： Thirteen.
劍橋 PET speaking rubric 第一項是 extending turns——「延伸自己的輪次」。單字回答是 B1 等級的第一個扣分點。
改善：永遠加一句 — I'm thirteen. I turned thirteen last month.
2. 什麼都是 very good
孩子緊張時形容詞會退化成 good / bad / nice / big / small。PET B1 等級期待多樣的形容詞。

考前一週每天練 5 個句子用 B1 替換詞——口試時就會自然出現。
3. 用中式句型
台灣學生講：Because my school is very far, so I take MRT.
正確：Because my school is far, I take the MRT. 或 My school is far, so I take the MRT.
中文「因為...所以」兩個都要；英文只能選一個。這個錯在 PET 口試裡每 30 秒會扣一次分。
考前三週計畫
- Week 1：看完這 20 個題目，用框架 1 練熟一半。錄音回放。
- Week 2：框架 2 + 3 的題目各練 8 題。刻意用 B1 替換形容詞。
- Week 3：找人當考官隨機抽題目，計時 2 分鐘。至少練 3 次。
