弱答案 vs Band 7+ 答案
題目："Why did you choose your major?"
Weak (Band 5): I chose it because my parents said it's good. I don't really know why. It's okay.
Band 7+: Honestly, it was partly practical and partly genuine interest. I'd been helping my uncle with his small trading business during high school summers, and I got curious about how supply chains actually work behind the scenes. Business Management felt like the right fit — broad enough to keep my options open, but still hands-on. I've been on the course for two and a half years now and I've not regretted the choice.
差在哪裡：弱答案把責任推給父母（Band 5 的 classic move）、沒有任何動作、沒有時間、沒有具體人物。Band 7+ 版本有 uncle, supply chains, two and a half years ——全是可驗證的具體資訊。評分員一聽就知道你在講自己的真實生活，不是背稿。
題目："Is your job useful for your future?"
Weak (Band 5): Yes, it's useful. I can learn many things. It's good for my future.
Band 7+: I'd say so, yeah — probably more useful than I expected when I started. Day to day I'm picking up skills that transfer almost anywhere: managing stakeholders, writing tight reports, and staying calm when three deadlines collide. Even if I eventually move into a completely different field, those habits aren't going anywhere.

「我還是學生、沒工作」怎麼接
這是台灣考生最常卡的場景。考官問 "What do you do?" 你慌張地說 "I don't really have a job..." 就斷句了。Band 5。
正確接法三步驟
- 短答："I'm still a student, actually..."
- 補背景："...I'm in my third year studying Applied English at NCCU."
- 延伸 → 兼職或實習："That said, I do have a part-time job at a café near campus, so I suppose I'm in that in-between phase where I'm a student on paper but already juggling a bit of work."
